1. Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using NextRep, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. The App
NextRep is a private, offline-first training journal for recording workouts, exercises, sets, body stats, personal records, calculator results, and training history.
The app is provided for personal tracking and informational use. It is not a medical device, healthcare service, coaching service, emergency service, or substitute for professional advice.
3. Your Responsibility
You are responsible for the information you enter, the training decisions you make, and your use of the app. You should verify important entries, calculations, and records before relying on them.
You are also responsible for maintaining backups if you want to preserve local app data. Because NextRep is offline-first, deleting the app, clearing app storage, changing devices, or deleting local files may remove your data.
4. Health and Fitness
Exercise involves risk, including injury, illness, or death. Consult a qualified medical professional before starting or changing an exercise program, especially if you have a medical condition, injury, pain, pregnancy, or other health concern.
Stop exercising and seek medical attention if you experience chest pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, fainting, severe pain, or any other concerning symptom.
5. Local Data
NextRep stores app data locally on your device in the current version. The developer does not guarantee that local data will always be available, recoverable, or free from loss. Device storage, operating system updates, app updates, bugs, manual deletion, and device replacement can affect local data.
The app may use anonymous analytics and crash or performance diagnostics to monitor app reliability and improve the product. These diagnostics are not linked to your app profile, workouts, body stats, calculator history, progress photo references, or other local journal content, and are not used to identify individual users.
6. Ownership and License
NextRep, including its design, interface, code, branding, and content, is owned by its developer or licensors. Subject to these terms, you receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the app on compatible devices.
You may not misuse, copy, distribute, reverse engineer, resell, or interfere with the app except where allowed by law or applicable open-source licenses.
7. No Warranty
NextRep is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free calculations, data preservation, device compatibility, or fitness outcomes.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, injury, health outcomes, lost profits, or business interruption arising from use of the app.
9. Changes
We may update these terms as the app evolves. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
